Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager at Webart Technology Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities by evaluating prospects and researching sales options. You will sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending suitable solutions. Maintaining strong client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance, and researching and recommending new opportunities for profit and service improvements will be essential. You will stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements. Additionally, you will prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards, and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in international market sales and website sales, with a proven track record in a target-based job. Strong team handling capabilities are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convincingly interact with potential clients are crucial. A willingness to work during US shift timings (8:00 PM to 5:30 AM IST) is required. Experience in B2B website processes and outbound sales processes is highly preferred.
